How we proceed through a project from Start to finish
Our Process
Initial Discussion
In the initial discussion we try and determine the scope of your project as well as your budget. This is also the time to bring out your favourite examples of similar projects. It might even be nothing more than drawings on a napkin.
Design
This is the phase where we transfer the ideas that we talked about to the computer design software. We also compile photographic quality computer renders for some projects
Finalize Contract
It's now time to finalize the contract and determine start and finish dates. This is also we ask for a 50% deposit.
Manufacture
Our design files from the design stage are converted into manufacturing files and sent to the CNC for cutting. While that is happening, we are starting the paint and/or stain process
Installation
A kitchen installation normally takes from 5-10 working days to complete depending on the size and complexity of the design. Before we start the installation, we ask for 40% of the final invoice to be paid.
Finalize Project
This is the phase where go over the completed installation and fix any issues such as scratches and dings that do occur on occasion. When this stage is complete, we ask for the final 10% of the full invoice amount.
